Church at the Park (C@P) has been serving our unsheltered neighbors since 2007. C@P seeks the mutual transformation of unsheltered people, our staff, and our volunteers through relationships, agency partnerships, and tangible resources. As the Capital of Oregon, Salem is a central hub in the state for those experiencing homelessness, incarceration and mental illness. C@P seeks to be a peace-maker in our city through the provision of low barrier shelter, person-centered navigation services, and workforce development.
